The Details

Tasting Note Aromas of white flowers, meringue, apple skin and lychee burst from the glass before crunchy flavours of green apple, tropical fruits and a lively fizz to refresh the palate.
Best Enjoyed With The grapes were harvested and gently pressed before fermentation to produce the best possible base wine. The base wine was kept on yeast lees for as long as possible to maintain freshness before gentle carbonation to capture the bubble and delicate flavour.
Treatment Enjoy with fresh, light appetisers such as guacamole on tortilla chips, grilled asparagus or lemon and lime macarons for a sweeter treat.
