The Details

Tasting Note Muscat Cask A rich and textured aged whisky with classic flavours imparted by an ex-Muscat cask. Sweet and round with fruitcake spice, raisin fruits and caramelised figs. Pretty aromatics with smooth caramel notes. 
Treatment This whisky is crafted using heavy roasted Flagship barely from Ardrossan on the Yorke Peninsula, malted at Coopers Brewery in Adelaide and then double distilled at Yalumba, in the hills above Angaston, South Australia. It was aged in a selection of casks for 10 years and 'finished' for 2 years in hogshead FH0064 and FH0065 previously used for Antique Muscat. (1 of 648 bottled)
