Elegant, creamy texture
Pale tea rose with a very fine bead. Strawberry and redcurrant fruit. Some meaty pinot notes under. The palate is the key here - elegant, creamy texture, some fine phenolic grip that adds structure and great length. The finish is dry, savoury and refreshing.
David Bicknell

Ray Jordan's Top 100 Whites, Sparklings & Rosés
Everything about this Tasmanian wine is right. A faint blush colour, beautiful floral lift on the nose and lingering palate with a fine thready bead. A hint of strawberries and cream adds to the appeal.
Ray Jordan

Fun and class
Released with the limited edition packaging artwork entitled: “Emerging Anew” by Jamin, the local Tasmanian artist. Winemaking duties have now been taken over by Jennifer Doyle. Pale salmon hue. Cherry Danish and strawberry house cake notes with leafy rose petal, ruby grapefruit and a little pink apple. Pillowy mousse with creamy weight and a textural, chalky tail. Lingering charcuterie and red fruit richness with refreshing bite. Fun and class.

Tropical and fruit-forward
Jennifer Doyle is originally From New South Wales, but has made wine all over the continent of Australia, continuously seeking out cooler and cooler climates. Twelve years ago she found the ideal site in the southern tip of Tasmania. A rugged area that is perfect for cool-climate wines, and especially sparkling wine. She has been with Jansz for over a decade making wonderful, balanced wines. Guys, it’s time to take a look at Tasmania and this is the bottle to get you started. This is made from mostly Pinot Noir and it shows. The nose is tropical and fruit-forward with some fun peach notes. But it's the palate that will get you. It has a lusciousness to it with good depth beneath the perlage, making for an easy-drinking and delicious wine.

A wine bred to please
A pale, blush pink blend of pinot noir (77 per cent) and chardonnay (23 per cent) that spends a minimum of 18 months on tirage. A fragrant and fresh bouquet leads into a strawberry-infused palate that is both well balanced and long. The dosage has been the masterstroke for a wine bred to please.
James Halliday

Energetic bead
A blend of 77/23% pinot noir/chardonnay from vineyards in the Pipers River and Tamar Valley regions. Pale salmon in the glass with an energetic bead and mousse, aromas of redcurrants, strawberry and raspberry with hints of berry cream, brioche, rose petals, white flowers and stone. There is a creamy flow on the palate, gentle, pure red fruits and some light autolysis notes as the wine slowly fades away showing a slight tweak of texture and a fine, racy line.
