Tasting Note Marty’s Block Chardonnay opens with ripe white peaches, figs and nectarines complemented by hints of wild honey and native wildflowers. Full flavoured yet finely structured, Marty’s Block Chardonnay offers a unique expression of our vineyard terroir.
Best Enjoyed With Best enjoyed with yabbies, the finest of crustaceans. Or if you can’t find any, try Thai fish cakes or basil pesto linguine.
Treatment A testament to the man, Marty’s Block Chardonnay is a celebration of all the things we love about Chardonnay. Selections of the best clonal grapevines grafted onto the most suitable rootstocks for our soils form the basis of this wine. Picking in the cool of night and allowing only the natural yeasts from the vineyard to perform their ritual of converting the grape sugars to alcohol completes the picture.
