The Details

Tasting Note Fresh lifted aromas of citrus and red apples with subtle hints of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity on the finish.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with prawn and avocado cold rolls with Asian dipping sauce, tempura prawns or tofu and kale filo parcels.
Treatment Gentle handling in the winery ensures that fruit flavours and delicacy are maximised in the final wine. After blending, the wine remains on light lees until bottling to maintain freshness and increase complexity of flavour.
